Fayette Friendship Community Church operates under a ‘One Board’ model which is a streamlined form of congregational governance which is a more effective use of time and resources. The Board of Servants Bylaws define the leadership structure of the church. These Bylaws are approved by the District Superintendent and the Charge Conference
